Lasting only two issues before going on hiatus indefinitely, Filthy Habits was the sexy sister publication to Trashfiend. Incorporating the selfsame style, layout and irreverent approach as Stigmata Press' flagship magazine, which focused on "Horror & Exploitation Fare from the 1960s & 1970s", the short-lived Filthy Habits was devoted to "Hardcore & Sexploitation Fare from the 1960s & 1970s". Included were retrospectives on stars and filmmakers who had made their mark in the adult film industry; reviews for hardcore and sexploitation films from these formative years; and information regarding adults only memorabilia from this era, including reproductions of vintage magazines, 8mm films, ephemera, and the like. Like Trashfiend, author and publisher Scott Aaron Stine has several Filthy Habits-styled books in the work, which will hopefully be worming their way into brown paper bags in the years to come.
